Tax law regulates relations arising in the field of tax and levy administration and defines a comprehensive list of taxes and levies imposed in Ukraine, the procedure for their administration, list of taxpayers and levies together with their rights and obligations, the competence of controlling bodies and the powers and obligations of their officials during the administration of taxes and fees, including liability for violations of tax legislation.
